There's something about the neck... or perhaps just skin in general. I love the texture, and the curves, and the visual tangibility of life underneath. does that make sense? I don't know...I saw Pride & Prejudice recently, and though i personally don't think Keira Knightley is that attractive.. she has fantastic collarbones.
Clavicle... even the word is elegant.
