Plot
Hiroki Tetsu is a young man who almost died in a big accident and was later saved by a professor named Dr. Shin who turned Hiroki into a half-robot or Cybrog. To repay Dr. Shin, Hiroki Tetsu are required to take part in a battle between robots called RBA (Robot Battle Arena) by becoming one of the fighting robots nicknamed Kamen Rider Steel.
