I love the detail and the colours are nice 'n fresh (red is a good strong colour for WP's ^^). It's got that chaotic look and feel of a lot of WP's, but in this case it's not overdone so you'll have no trouble finding your icons in all of it. The black also provides a nice contrast with the rest. Very nicely done. Keep it up ^~
