In the year 2012, Nick Parkason is an ordinary 15 year old guy who goes to Space International High or S.I.H for short, But when he discovers a space station under the school and an evil force called Masquerade who wants to destroy everything in the galaxy with the help of his partner Lizzy, Nick's friends give him a powerful belt with totally awesome switches to turn Nick into Power Rider Rocket, Now it's up to Power Rider Rocket to save the galaxy before it's destroyed by Masquerade and Lizzy, or as Nick calls them, The Bogus Twins
