This painting is dedicated to my sweetheart Fearcrowz one of her favorite characters of mine She obsesses over this grumpy man haha

Reevus is a powerful sorcerer who tried taking on the gods. He attempted to harness the powers of one goddess in particular. She found out his plans and was not very happy with him. She cursed him to be an owl until he learned to regain the lion-hearted goodness he had lost so long ago when he closed his heart to darkness.

Sadly being turned into an owl did not improve his normally grumpy disposition... in fact he grumps on, to this day.

I am very happy with how this painting turned out <3 and the gold ink I used showed up in the scan yay! The colors are a bit washed out from the scan but ah well, can't win em' all
