K let's begin then.
Alright so while you do have the head pretty ok there is some issues with the body the shoulders seem rather hiked up and seem to be stuck on there because you line art just passes right on through which in turn makes it very weird and non uniformic. Another issue would be the arms, your upper arms are really long which makes the lower arms small and disproportionate both the lower and upper arm should be the same length not one longer then the other. Unless you where using foreshortening with this but granted you didn't quite cut it sorry to say. Some other things that are quite noticeable with this and your other drawings is your line art is very rough, it's bumpy it dips down and doesn't Β seem to have any sort of smoothness to it which you need to work on. As well as some other stuff like shading. Your charecter has clothes and wrinkles so,you need to shade those areas like with the collar section so it doesn't seem so flat against the dress shirt and the under shirt as well and also shade the belt if you drew wrinkles to give depth for clothes and stuff there's very little shading where shading should be so try to work on this as well. Plus don't forget to draw the nose rest and handles for your glasses.
