I like the overall design, but especially that claw.

I forget the proper name, but that guy from He-Man, the bad guy with the
metal jaw, I think it's TrapJaw. His claw arm was my fave. So your pirate reminds me of fond childhood memoris of large claw armed freaks dismembering people
