I ended up using gouache for participating on the July/August challenge MS20 "Landscape painting and sketching" of the group MasterStudiesAndMore .

I'll be posting a couple of these, all done on a very small sketchbook, and using some flimsy water brush pens.

I wasn't very keen on the subject (landscape) but doing this outdoors, looking at the real thing does make for a very interesting and addictive experience. If you haven't, just try it and you'll see what I mean!
