How to buy
-Paypal:
If you'd like to purchase via paypal, simply send payment to the link below with your username in the payment description then comment below saying you purchased the base, i will send you the file via chat within 48 hours (please be sure it sends in usd, it tries to switch to nzd sometimes. i may refund if this happens)

You can
-Edit the base/parts in anyway you want
-Use it for anything, adopts, commissions, personal stuff
-Use in collabs so long as you are not giving your collab partner the blank base file (unless they have also purchased it)
-Credit Roachramen when used
-Make/sell add on packs so long as you do NOT include the base itself or any parts from my own packs in the file
-Credit that you are using a base pack with premade outfit lines please, I've gotten upset messages over adopts being bought under the assumption that the outfits were unique

You can not
-Redistribute the base. If you'd like to buy only one copy and share it with a partner please ask first, i may make exceptions for people who ask
-Use it for commissions etc without crediting me for the base/letting buyers know a base was used
-Use base or designs made with base parts for commerical projects aside from commissions/ych/customs/adopts such as physical merch, comics etc
-Ask for a refund after receiving the file
