Personality: Situationally polarized: When around her sister she tends to be more serious and a bit negative. However, when separated from her sister, shes piercingly happy to the point she can hurt someone and still be happy.

Bio: Before becoming a fallen angel, Charm and her twin sister, Lace, lived with their father. After their mother passed away when they were 4, their dad had to get a better paying job, so he took up one at an Electric power plant. When he had to work, Charm and Lace were watched over by a babysitter most of the time. Though, one day the dad had no choice but to take these kids to work (They were about 10 at the time). Naturally, they stuck together, unfortunately, they didn't stay with their dad. After getting decently lost within the plant, they started looking for a way out, but instead ended up even deeper inside the power plant. After a bit of poking around and touching things they shouldn't have; The whole plant had a black out. (Lace decided it'd be a good idea to grab hold of something with a large amount of current going through it while holding hands with her sister. They didn't last long.)

Once in heaven, her and her sister stuck together for what seemed to be forever. Yet--one day, another Angel tried to separate them just long enough to talk to one about something and was met with an Electric Wip and Lasso. Since then, Charm and Lace have been living on earth as fallen angels, trying to gain enough heavens to get back up to where they once were.

Extra: Charm and Lace have a bad habit of building up static electricity off of one another, then proceeding to shock others. Also, every so often they'll pretend to be romantic with one another (almost like the twins from OHHC).
