AGE: 23 years old, though she looks like she's in her mid-teens

PERSONALITY: Bubbly and energetic, though easily embarrassed. Not all too loud of a person, she gets spoken over quite a bit. She enjoys flirting every now and then, but typically isn't serious about any of it. She likes to make her friends smile and will do most anything in her power to bring some sort of joy to a sad face. Though she has her kinks here and there, overall she's a genuinely kind and open person.

BIO:
Originally from Spain, Ruffles was raised in a small town quite a world away from Daten City. She and her mother would spend most of their time covered in flour, participating in their favorite pass-time, baking. The two of them would make all sorts of treats day in and day out whenever Ruffles wasn't busy with school work. Ever since she was a little kid, Ruffles had been interested in space and wanted to learn more about it, and school for her opened up a whole new window of possibilities. She was always a bit of a book worm, and would take an extraordinary amount of notes when she felt it important.

It wasn't too long ago that she and her mother moved to Daten, so that Ruffles could be closer to the community college she attends. Her grandmother now owns a bakery which she works at when she's not working on homework. She's always seemingly busy with something, if she's not covered head-to-toe in flour, then she's knee deep in text books for her classes (She's taking courses so that she can major in Astronomy).

EXTRA:
-She's very much based off of Dawn from Pokemon; However she's more of a self aware expo, in that she knowingly dresses like the character. Honestly she's just a dork.
-She carries a black DS light system on her at all times, which has a Piplup phone charm attached to it.
-Has stopped trying to make it known that she's 23 and not 16; She accepts the fact that puberty wasn't fair. Her high pitched voice doesn't help with this at all either.
-Despite being from Spain, she speaks English only; as her mother was a traveler who fell in love with the country. Her mom doesn't talk to her about her dad. She's never questioned it.
