When you say "Adult action" about the manga, do you mean there were scenes in the Manga they censored from the show?

Black Lagoob is heavy on drama, character development, and sometimes feels like a psycho-thriller.
Both manga and anime shows a lot of violance, blood and it's not subtle about sex, rape and drugs.
It's not a children show. The anime is not less adult

I have only seen the show (loved every second of every episode) but I get the feeling that the Manga still has content where the show (including the OVA with Roberta) ends. Thoughts?

Not really, the anime follows the manga pretty closely if I recall. The manga was in hiatus for a while, so there is nothing much the anime haven't made yet.
Only one "case" hasn't been turned into anime, the one that is currectly going on in the manga.

Well, there is a "chinise"(I'm not sure: People's Liberation Army) hacker girl, Li, who is ordered to join the hacker team of Benny's new girlfriend, Jane. But Jane knows about it that she is a soldier, so she sets Li up, with a hacking job where she hacked into her own military's computer, but only realized that after she was done. The army thinks that Li turned traitor and send a squad after her to kill her, and the story begins
