This traveler sees the universe blooming with opportunities in travels. A very romantic figure seeing and loving everything on the scenic route. Yet, beneath his bubbling nature, there is a dark side leading him into staying away from helping his own people in the Time War. He explores the universe for the sheer love of it while never seeing himself as a true soldier.I did not do the artwork, but edited the pieces together.
