Description

For this drawing, I wanted to do create a mystic master character like Dr. Strange or Dr. Fate. Kind of blending the two design concepts to come up with something new.

I liked the concept of having the interior of her cloak have that old star field effect you'd see from time to time, as I felt it helped give her look a bit more etherial feel.
