Something I drew a few months ago after playing #eternaldarkness :sanitysrequeimIt was a really good game with some fantastic monster designs, so I tried to emulate that, an emaciated body covered in sharp appendages with a vaguely humanoid appearance and LOTS of teeth.
The idea was to make something terrifyingly aesthetic and biologically distinct.
