Ringo:
The manager of fried circuits, hes in charge of supervising the employees, making sure the customers are satisfied as well as the workforce and generally tries to keep things running, whether it be a leaky pipe, a late delivery or an alien species who can’t digest sesame seeds, ringo will do his best to sort things out.

Cramer:
You wouldn’t think a fast food restaurant would need its own security personnel but given their branch is on a far off planet in another galaxy it’s not uncommon to have a bit of muscle just in case. Cramer was actually a heavily armed combat mech, until refitted and reassigned to work at fried circuits, nonetheless he takes his job very seriously, he’d never actually hurt anyone unless they were actually trying to do some damage, but gives the trouble makers a scare once in a while.
