function: decorative stained glass production, recycling and crafting of glass works.
abilities: glass shard generation, shattering of solid objects, colour changing, glass shard barrage.
likes: maniacal laughter, posing dramatically as lightning strikes, horror stories, sculpting.
dislikes: criticism, heights, permanent markers.

shatter man, the eerie artisan who can create colourful shards of glass into portraits, pictures and even sculptures, unfortunately since being reprogrammed he’s taken on a spooky personality and has turned into a sinister stained glass supervillain, he can now shatter and fracture any solid object, and shoot large amounts of glass shards off his body, when alone he can be heard monologuing as lightning flashes in the background.
