Me when I come up with absurd ideas amid tedious events at work...Dingbat is a skeletal bat that is extremely similar to the likes of Papyrus and Sans. But he may or may not be related to them. (I will say this, however: He does NOT relate to W.D. Gaster whatsoever).
DISCLAIMER: I am not enthused in Undertale nor do I come up with random OCs on the regular. This was just a really fun thing to make in five minutes.
Super-kudos to whoever can fully decipher what Dingbat is trying to say...
