This is an attractive photo of an attractive young woman. The selective focus works well to emphasize her face and the soft focus/out of focus areas keep this "glamour" shot from crossing the line into a porn shot.
The pearls are a nice touch -- and help avoiding becoming too much of a cliche pose/photo. (It's tough doing portraits, as too unique a pose is generally awkward, but scores as being "original" while a comfortable pose risks being "unoriginal." (And I don't really have a solution to that problem.)
The subjects eyes are looking off to one side, with a downcast direction. This could be "sultry" but the danger lurks that it might be "depressed." I think you pulled it off ok, but a slight smile (very slight) would have ensured that down cast eyes didn't mean downcast emotions.
Technique is generally good ... but be very careful that over-sharpening of the skin doesn't leave an "orange peel" texture. This is slightly present in the area below the eyes, by the nose and in the near-hand. Sharpening of the hair is important/necessary to give a crisp look, but going back over the face and hands with the "blur brush" (use a very soft edge) would reduce the "orange peel" effect that is present. (Lips and teeth need to be fairly crisp, so the tool must be used with a light hand and care with application. Using larger and smaller brush diameters will help cover the necessary area, without blurring down the important details around the eyes, lips, etc. Care should be taken to avoid the opposite extreme -- I've seen ads in a popular photo magazine for a semi-automated product that supposed to 'fix' portraits. Frankly, the models look almost like they're made from plastic, in the after image that is printed in the ad. That look is to be avoided, as well.
I'm not saying that your technique is bad -- and without having seen the original, (assuming that this is an edited photo) I can't say that there were serious errors, here -- only that there is a hint of the dread 'orange peel' skin that needs to be avoided.
All in all, this is a nice photo -- and the subject (and family and friends seeing the image) should be happy with it.
