Wolf is a person that tends to stay in the shadows and gather info,Using later for very malicious means.
Weapons is his primary point of interest,Having his own collection and selling plenty of them in underground criminal circuits.

Personality
Wolf is a very cold person to be around,Generally not caring about anything. There are very few people he cares about.
And its questionable if he would kill them himself or not.
Death to is a thing that he enjoys happening,To the point where he will watch his own friends die instead of saving them.
Wolf tends to be persuasive,Getting what he wants quite easily in most situations.

Backstory
Wolf was brought up in a military facility right not far from North America.His parents died while he was very young.
When he was brought up he was taught to keep his emotions in check,And that stealth and survival was priority over all else.
During the time when he was around 20,The military made Wolf participate in a secret experiment made to fight against threats
that had not even been discovered yet. Unfortunately for Wolf,Sedation was not an option. He was awake as his arms and eyes where replaced with
technological replacements and his heart replaced with a experimental radiation infusion core. The same night as the operation had taken place
due to Wolf's incredible pain and anger the fusion core had activated from his sheer will and started to emit massive amounts of radiation inside the facility,Slowly killing everyone inside.
As they struggled on the floor Wolf left,And the last thing the personnel at the facility heard was him laughing.
Wolf didnt understand why the core activated,Nor why he was happy at all the death he had caused. All he knew was that he had to hide. And that he had a new life waiting for him.

Powers and Abilities
Wolf has the power of radiation,Allowing him to poison anyone in a certain proximity of him.
He also had the capability of emitting beams and radioactive lighting from his arms. Making him deadly in both close
and ranged combat. He tends to favor using weapons over his powers.But if cornered he will not hesitate to use them.

Weaknesses
The core that Wolf has in his chest has the capability of overheating,Resulting in massive pain for him
if he keeps using his powers.
He also isnt all that durable,Relying on his speed to avoid damage.
Wolf also tends to get carried away if he starts killing,Enjoying death so much that he will
ignore most interactions and damage dealt to him.
