I am sure it was, I don't know if the GMs can see the scheduled DDs of others but I don't think so.

They can see it if it was set in the planner, however it could be that the deviation was already set and wasn't seen and the other GM didn't realize that the same deviant's another work was put in the planner or something. dA doesn't have a way for DDs to be checked automatically.
