Description
Cindy Wong was an inhabitant of Chinatown until the day of the victory celebration, when the Mutagen bomb went off. She was among the victims, turning into a mutant panda and relocated to Mutant Town with all the others. Sometime after settling into her new life, she started training at the Splinter Dojo, where Michelangelo caught her eye. She was rather nervous to talk to him, but Jen and Sheena noticed and managed to convince her to go for it. She talked to Mikey and told him she has feelings for him, and as it turned out, he felt the same way, even more so than the other love interests he had developed over the years, like Shinigami and Renet. So, the two started dating and sparring together at the Dojo, with him giving her the nickname Bam Boo. She likes Mikey for who he is, enjoying his jokes and nicknames.

That's supposed to be a kendo stick in her hands, by the way.
