Description
The last member of the Gangreen Gang, Big Billy, real name William J. Williams, is the gang's dumb muscle. Despite his size, he's actually rather childlike and innocent, but he does what the others want him to do. At one point, Billy was saved by the Girls and became indebted to them, helping them around the house and even when fighting crime, though he wasn't too good at either. The Girls got fed up with him and yelled at him to return to the Gang, which he did. He and the Gang later plot vengeance by trapping the girls on a railroad track so they'd be run over by a train (the same fate they had saved Billy from), but he eventually had a change of heart and saved them. Because he was responsible for the situation, though, they had to beat him up, since crime doesn't pay.

Similar to his counterpart in PPGZ, he has two eyes, but one is covered up by his hair.
