To ensure his Skeleton Army is more coordinated, Pharaoh Geja decided to start creating more skeleton leaders like Oiler and Skull Lord (as well as Jack before he was redeemed). The first was General Marrow, who was created to develop new tactics for Geja's skeleton forces. He has authority over the Skeleton Army, including Oiler, though he still serves under Skull Lord and the Pharaoh. Any lower skeletons immediately obey his orders and will flock to his defense if he comes under attack.
