Description
When hiding in exile on Tatooine to watch over Luke, Obi-Wan took on the name of Ben Kenobi and made sure to use his Lightsaber and Force powers as little as possible. At one point, he helped save a young Leia while keeping his identity hidden. At another point, he saved an unconscious Ezra Bridger in the Dune Sea and ended up facing off against his old foe Maul, slaying the Sith Lord. When an older Luke later brought him a message from Leia that R2-D2 had, he came out of his exile for one last adventure, helping Luke and the droids and gaining the assistance of Han and Chewie. As the others went off to save Leia, Kenobi shut down the tractor beam so that the Falcon could leave. He then encountered Darth Vader and dueled him, but after seeing Luke when he and the others were boarding the Falcon, he smiled at the boy then accepted his fate as Vader struck him down. His body then disappeared as he had become one with the Force. Despite this, he could still appear as a Force Ghost if he needed to talk to others (such as Luke and Yoda).
