Description
So, I decided to make Durge's true form, combining his nearly unarmored appearance in the 2003 cartoon (his helmet, a glove, and a few pieces were all that was still sticking to him) with his unmasked appearance seen in the comics. Without his armor and gadgets, he relies solely on the abilities of his mutated body to fight back, entering an almost primal state of mind in doing so. In this form, he is no longer restricted by the armor, allowing him to elongate his arms and absorb his opponents into his body. Unfortunately for Durge, absorbing a Jedi means they can just use the Force to push his body out and pop it like a balloon. However, though the process causes him to be splattered all over the place, Durge's remains are still alive and will reform, allowing the bounty hunter to return. As such, he's earned a reputation for being notoriously hard to kill.

I always thought he'd make a good opponent for Din Djarin and Grogu, since his hatred of the Mandalorians and Jedi would put him at odds with both of them.
