It's an Iggy Koopa MLPFiM stallion!!! I'm not gonna finish coloring him though 'cause I don't like the way his hair (mane) turned out and how his eye got all smudged. I'm probably going to redo it at some point. I gave him a hammer cutie mark because apparently as I've heard in several places now, Iggy Koopa invents things... I mean Iggy really doesn't strike me that way, but I'm just goin' with it.
