Oh Good GOD in Heaven above, I am SO sorry for the delays on this one! Four weeks to finish a one-week job.
At least this was an enjoyable job, cuz Mr. StormySpark can make some good OCs. A nice dash of Rowdyruff to the Mane Six's Powerpuff. They're completely insane, but laughably so. And they AREN'T black-and-red alicorn demonspawn, that's always a plus

At least my life is slowing down the bullshit, I can get to the eight other requests in a somewhat reasonable timeframe.
