Iris west is her real name. her parents are flash/Wally West and Jinx/Linda Parks (yes in this universe Jinx and Linda Parks are the same person). the reason she's dressed like Artemis/Artemis Crock is because she was trained by her. also she inherited both of her parents powers unlike her older brother Barry who only inherit their father's speed. her mother on the other hand refused to teach her to use her jinx power's so she had to read her mother's Journal to find out how to use her jinx's powers, her older brother Berry trained her in how to use her Speed she inherited from her father.
