Let's shed some backstory here.
A few weeks back I got the idea in my mind of laser-based technology in a Steampunk-ish setting, which then blossomed into a superhero in a Steampunk setting. I'm not sure if the whole "Lasers in Steampunk" idea has been done, nor do I doubt for one moment its existence already, but it was interesting enough to me that I wanted to roll with it.

This sheet admittedly took longer than I expected because I started the drawing before any of the written information, which then resulted in moving pictures into awkward positions and adding new ones just so the sheet wouldn't feel empty. Also because I procrastinate and didn't have a lot of motivation. Oops.

And don't worry, I know the whole "Light Bulb plus Lens equals Death Ray" bit is illogical in reality. Again, I just wanted a neat idea to fit.
