Basic character/ref sheet for a guy that's been in my mind for a few months now.Roy is a man that just wants people to be happy, and he'll do whatever it takes to bring the light into somebody's life again. Even if that means leveling a continent, or raising the dead, or blowing up the nearest celestial body, or just driving their trauma out of their mind with an even more horrifying trauma. Roy's gotta do what he's gotta do!
