It's Ai-Chan! Anime Expo's mascot girl (not the one with the rocket wings). I was commissioned by AX to do this for #AnimeExpo2018 back in March, but I couldn't show this off until now.You can get her as a pin at AX if you buy stuff from the AX store: http://anime-expo.org/merch/
I think they were originally planning to do more merch with my art but due to a billing issue at the beginning I couldn't get started until much later, which didn't give them enough time for anything else but the pins. Hopefully I'll be able to do more stuff next year!
Also, I have SO MUCH new stuff coming out for AX that I haven't shared yet. Look forward to the next two weeks as I'll be finalizing everything and showing them off to you guys!

Thank you! The original design I was referencing had a bunch of different shades of red/brown that I had to tone down or else it'd overpower my ink brush-ness. Still an ongoing learning process of adapting color to my system.

The hair flow is great.....but I'm not too sure of her right hand....It looks a bit too big....It just struck me that it would be more beautiful with the palm in contact with the head...the face and torso give a fabulous dynamic to the painting....

Think of a military salute!!! Or maybe like holding the head with the hand or holding her hair out of the way, it's less dynamic but more natural.... I love the hair flow & your colour textures are very artistic....
