Description Raffle prize #3 for InkOfSpades  

This one was kind of difficult, as the requirements were a bit abstract and there wasn't an already created reference to go off of.  Hopefully I conveyed the idea of a creator of chibis well enough.

Sorry for not having an update for so long though.  I've had a month of crunch at work, so didn't have any extra time to work on art at all with all the additional hours.   Now that that's over I should be able to get back to working on the rest of the prizes.
