Description Whew, somehow finished this, ETA ~9 hours. Seems like once I got the colors mostly figured out it was a lot easier to draw. Β 

I forgot the tail on Monkey King Tracer but when I noticed I had already sent my file off to the printers, oh well. Β There's actually a slightly more NSFW version that I'll put up later, maybe I'll offer it as a print too.

Studying from real/life photos is good practice. Also studying how other artists use their lines to imply shapes/features from your real/life studies.

In terms of fundamentals, Loomis books on drawing the human body and construction is a good place to start.

You can also try to find lineart from artists you like and try to copy them as a way of study.
