I used GIMP, it's free and I scanned it. I myself don't have a steady hand either so I made the lines thicker and used layers.

If you had a flashdrive you can download it off the library's computer and place it on there, then transport it to your computer and install it onto your computer. But that does suck.

lol my school is always cool in the summer. They put fans in the barn because some of the horses are allergic to their own sweat or they overheat easily. So even when I'm out doing vocation I'm still cool =3
