Every time I see cake...This is a reference from a game that I play called 'Fallen London'. The scene depicted is showing a scene I encountered several months back. You can marry another player in game (Of course I did) and one of the actions for 'Guests at the Reception' was 'Chat with a Master' and the description was 'It looms over the room. It looms over the guests. IT LOOMS OVER THE CAKE.' and I had a flashback to that today, and I had to draw that line xD
