This is Form 2 of Agony. He no longer has his mask.
His face splits open into 6 parts and reveals a huge yellow glowing eye. The diamond pupil is green.
He has four horns in total, and the outer horn on his right is larger than the other.
He has four arms. A claw like hand with two fingers, a hand with three fingers, and the other two arms are needle like. The needle like arm on his right is smaller than the one on his left.
He has no legs. he just slides along ink and leaves a trail of ink wherever he goes.
He is gigantic, and has his same abilities.
