Keychain is the Peppermint of Souls
Handle is based on the Fire Spirit’s flames and fire puddles, with a symbol representing the final boss as you transition to the next room.
Five of Phantom Worm’s segments make up the blade, with Jack’s vine’s wrapping around them.
The vines hold the top of Necro Witch’s staff at the top of the blade.
On top is Ghost King’s crown and Phantom King’s Phantom Wisp as the teeth of the blade.
