I did not make the background, only the drawing itself. I did this on a computer for a class.
Electro Boy. This is who Robo actually is.
He's made of electricity. Electricity also flows through his hair.
I don't have the story completely together but here it is.
Robo died one day(cause of death?) and when he died his soul gathered electricity from anything that was nearby. (he died in a lab, in his home) When his body became a bit more physical, he gathered pieces of scrap metal and metal from nearby appliances. That eventually made himself into Robo, and his power heart formed. He slowly regained his energy over time. He started off feeling weak at the time.
Although this is who Robo truly is, this form is referred to as "Electro Boy"
