Description
This is the brother of Nathan Myer. He was caught by the same people who kidnapped Nathan, when Neil was trying to look for Nathan. They turned Neil into a Cybernetic being, to hunt down Nathan.Neil was able to go against the programming and even destroyed a tracking chip that they put in him.
Neil still searched out to find Nathan.
