The colors are absolutely gorgeous. You've done a great job on the lighting, and I really love the psychadelic smoke swirls. It's little details like that (along with the reflection in the window and the window doodles) that make this picture really awesome.

I love the colour palette, and the finger drawings on the frosted glass is my favourite bit of this piece.
Some criticism:
I don't know if someone else has said this already, so I apologise if this is the millionth time you've heard it.
The head looks elongated, while everything else in the picture looks like it should be closer to realism. This may just be a problem with the lines on the neck. If you lose that long vertical line on the neck, it looks a bit better.
Otherwise, she looks like she's deformed, or an alien.
