I took my tablet apart today. The problem seems to be that the bottom screws have ripped the plastic that they screw into off, and so it won't close properly. I was going to do a magical duct-tape healing, but I don't know that the tape would hold it together well enough.
So I put it back together, and it worked for a little bit, but then it started to jump again, hence the random out-of-place vertical lines, also those loops on her forehead.
I was just doodling and playing around with surreal, it started out as a sketch and then I just got too into it. This is Lauren, aka Jack - a potential character for another chapter in my zombie story. Used Opencanvas4, it took me a good two and a half hours. I'm really glad with the way it turned out.
Her nose is supposed to be crooked, it's broken. Hence the stitches.
Also the title is from the Oingo Boingo song of the same name, "Only A Lad". I love them so much. <3
