You won't understand it if you haven't seen the movie "Twelve Monkeys". I saw this one on a castel wall in Prague as you can see.The fact that the sprayings of that logo by an underground army is an essenital thing in the movie caused several questions:
Is there really a Army of the Twelve Monkeys?
Is the movie a warning?
Is this just a strange promotion for the movie? (Illegal actions for promoting a movie!?)
If you know something about this or if there are more questions about that logo in your head..COMMENT!

oh, and look behind the arm on the left of the large monkey, and you'll see the forearms of the 12th monkey

THis was sprayed around Toronto before the movie came out here. Our city found the ad agency that was responsible for them and made them scrub them all off.
Now, it's done all the time. the sidewalks are covered in sprayed logos for bands, and movies, and shoes and beer. It looks horrible
