Shootstarbot was walking around the Humanville. They didn't know what to do, so they made a wish.
- I wish that I could fly! - they said.
But robot didn't know that they were watched by certain human named Professor Ray.
"What an incredible technology." - he thought.
He was amazed by the flying robot and he watched their every move.
- Where I can buy a robot like this? - professor asked.
- You can't buy me. I am one of a kind. - Shootstarbot replied.
- Do you know who made you?
- I don't really know... I never met my creator. - they responded.
Shootstarbot never really wondered who made all the Robots Of Power. Usually when new robot arrived the robots had to assemble it by themselves.
- Anyway, who are you and why are you asking all those questions? - they asked.
- I am Professor Ray and I am inventor. I am interested in technology. May I ask who are you and why you can fly?
- I am Shootstarbot. I am genderless robot who uses they/them pronouns. I can fly because I can make any wish come true. - orange robot replied.
- Aren't all robots genderless? After all, they are silly machines who don't have any real feelings. - he said.
- Well, my friends have genders! I don't really understand it but I support them anyway! We have feelings too and we are not silly machines!
Orange robot was very hurt by Professor Ray's words. They couldn't understand why he would thought that about the robots. They walked away from this mean human and pondered meaning of his words. What if they were just the silly machine? Just because Shootstarbot likes to have fun and break rules sometimes it doesn't mean that they are silly! And neither are their friends. If their feelings were fake, then their friendship wouldn't be real. Meanwhile Professor Ray was doing one of his experiments. He wanted to launch himself to the blue sky so he got a special launchpad to do it. He went higher and higher and he couldn't stop.
- Help! Help! - he yelled.
Shootstarbot wondered what to do.
"On the one hand, this person really hurt my feelings, on the other hand Robots Of Power always help people in need." - they thought.
After the moment of hesitation, they decided to help him.
- I wish that I could fly! - they yelled.
Orange robot sprouted wings and flew to catch Professor Ray. Robot's mission was a success! They put down him safely on the ground.
- Thank you, Shootstarbot. I am sorry about what I said earlier. - he thanked.
- Apology accepted. Would you like to meet my robot friends? - they asked.
- Of course!
Shootstarbot and Professor Ray went to the Robot City together.
