I felt like drawing a hand firmly yet affectionately squeezing Boy for the second time. Because I didn't feel like looking up a reference online, I instead photographed my own hand (with the snazzy painted fingernails) and just traced over that.
While drawing I thought "I wanna make this look pretty good" even though I envisioned this to be a simple, colorless doodle.
And guess what happened?
I ended up putting way too much time and effort into this thing, ESPECIALLY with my hand. I spent plenty of time trying to closely match the shading and details in the original photo.
Overall I'm quite proud of my result!
I originally wasn't gonna consider this a remake of the link above, but I guess I could consider it as such. References are very helpful, y'know!
