Tei Sukone in not an unoffitial vocaloid. Examples of unoffitial vocaloids would be Neru, Akaito, Nigaito, ets. Tei is an UTAU, meaning she was developed as a vip@2ch product to parody vocaloid much like Teto was as an april fools prank. Othere than that, I love the drawing.
