Scaley is one smart lizard. Honestly, he's usually going to be one of the most competent members of any given group.

One day, Scaley was wandering around, and he came across a strange group of people discussing some odd plan to take over, destroy, or control the world. It was a bit vague, but the fact that it was bad was rather clear. Also clear was where they were going to start their plan, several towns away.

Now, Scaley would have just jumped at this opportunity to save the day, but there was a problem here. Scaley is just a lizard. A very intelligent lizard, but he kind of couldn't equip big weapons, or even speak. Luckily, he was being taken care of by a very enthusiastic adventurer girl that he could perhaps get to take on this quest. ....somehow.
