I can't submit this to wallpaper because the art isn't all mine...these are images I got in a Google image search. But it is my current wallpaper, so it fits under the category of Desktop Screenshot! I made this one day when I was bored...wanted to try something different from my usual pictures-in-a-straight-line wallpapers. Let me know what you think, honestly. I'm still new to this, and I don't have anything cool like Photoshop (I will be learning GIMP over the summer, though), so I must work with what I have...any input would be appreciated. :-D

I chose red as the background because it's my favorite color and it's bright and fun, and I swiped that exact shade from his tie. I'm tired of black and blue and gray and brown backgrounds (a lot of my recent wallpapers look like bruises)... I chose that font just 'cause it's crazy and not like anything I've used before. I put the white borders on the pics to make them stand out a bit more. Anything else you wanna know...just ask!
