This is the first time ever that I used motion blur!
Time Taken: 40mins for Sketch + 2 hours and 30mins for Colors + 45mins for Background + 3mins for blur XD = 3 hour and 58mins my math sucks
Layers: Exactly 24
Tools: Pencil and Paper for Sketch + Paint Tool SAI for Lineart and Colors + Photoshop for Background and Lens and Blur
