He... looks like Kyoya from ouran had a love child with cheren and they gave him to a circus X3But I still love him to bits
And I love his relationship with Wigglytuff too... They're so funny!
(and before you ask, i'm not against yaoi but it isn't even implied here so no I will not be doing that to them XD)
That scene in brine cave made me cry though... <3

First off, I love that you used turquoise as his eye colour. It's a unique touch ^^
And your design is really cute! I always though of him wearing a suit/ waistcoat too~
What I generally like to do with my designs is try to break up blocks of colour by layering up different garments or even just using different shades of the same colour together.
For me, it's the little things like patterns, embellishments and fastenings that make a design more interesting so that's something to think about too ^^
(I've studied textiles and fashion design at school so that's helped me a lot X33)

XD with the way he talks he looks like he should dress very formally... maybe even be british. I have this mental image of him in a white tux and a white top hat holding a cup of tea and looking like "W-what!? You want me to DANCE?" XD actually I might draw that.
